Hollyburn Properties was founded in West Vancouver in 1975. As a family company, we share the community’s connection to nature – even our namesake pays homage to Hollyburn Mountain. Hollyburn was built on a foundation of community values, and with every new endeavor, we strive to provide safe and secure homes where our residents can live with a sense of belonging.
Hollyburn is driven by industry-leading standards in safety, cleanliness, and service, as well as a strong desire to do what is best for the communities that we are privileged to be apart of. Because of this commitment, it is Hollyburn’s mission to raise the standard of our property management practices to the benefit of our people, our communities, and the environment.

Hollyburn History
[Holly + Burn]
Did you know? The John Lawson family coined the name “Hollyburn” in 1906 after Lawson’s daughter suggested combining the shrub (holly) with the Scottish term (burn) as a name for their home. Later, this became the name for the entire community. Enjoy the popular John Lawson Park only 10-minutes from Hollyburn Gardens!

Hollyburn
in the Community.
It is our fundamental belief that strong communities are essential in creating vibrant and fulfilling lives.
Through a series of local partnerships and grassroots initiatives, Hollyburn strives to be an active contributing community member.

Forest of Miracles
We proudly participate in the Dundarave Festival of Lights’ Forest of Miracles every holiday season, working together with local organizations to raise funds for the Lookout Foundation– supporting their efforts to end homelessness on the North Shore. Stop by in December to check out our tree!

PumpkinFest
Hollyburn partakes in Enhance West Van’s annual PumpkinFest event at the West Vancouver Community Centre every year. We provide pony rides, a petting zoo, and colouring stations for a day filled with family fun!

Christmas Tree Chip Up
To mark the new year, Hollyburn supports Scouts Canada by hosting their annual, by donation Christmas Tree Chip Up at Hollyburn Plaza.

Hollyburn annually lays a wreath at the West Vancouver Remembrance Day Ceremony to honour veterans and support the West Van Legion, Branch #60.
